Bicycle Rickshaw ride through the Hutong, dinner at the Hutong prepared by a chef who used to work for a Chinese Chairman. The dumplings......delicious! Our guide Jacky's analogy......"We Chinese are like the dumpling, you have a little taste and then you figure out what is inside. You Americans are like pizza, all sorts of toppings and everything out there for everybody to see. You are good people, I like you." We also like the Chinese people, especially those Jacky's age and under who are part of the new China. Now we all have a "cousin" in China.
